Justin Byworth has a career spanning 30 years in the humanitarian aid and international development sector in the UK, Europe, Africa and Asia.
From field positions in West Africa and Asia, including several years in 1990s Cambodia, Justin has led teams across the international World Vision partnership on programmes and policy, funding and advocacy, including as CEO of World Vision UK and Director of World Vision’s Brussels office engaging with and influencing European Union humanitarian and development policy.
In 2017 Justin was appointed by World Vision International as Global Humanitarian Director, where he leads emergency responses to disaster and conflict worldwide and represents World Vision with the United Nations and other global humanitarian partners.
