As Director of TAP, Cliona leads the team that opens education in Trinity (and in Oxford UK, where she is an adjunct professor) to non–traditional students. As thus, Cliona gets to be part of the success story of multiple students lives who would not have previously gained entry to third level education. Students who at one time would have been seen as marginalised, financially ignored, disadvantaged or not appropriate are wound into the system, and gain education.
